In Person Oral Health Champion Training Session, 26th March 2026 at Blakelands Care Home in Marston Mortaine MK43 2AH, 14.00-16.00, in person.
Course overview:
The course is designed for those involved with care of older people to help encourage good oral health practices and reduce the risk of preventable tooth decay and gum disease.
Helping to keep older people pain free and smiling whether they have their own teeth or wear dentures.
Who is the training for?
All staff working in care homes that support residents with personal hygiene. It is recommended staff have completed the Oral Health Awareness – Improving Mouth Care e-learning module but not essential

- Spotting Signs of problems and navigating independence
