Introducing the East of England Displaced Worker Platform

We’re excited to share the launch of the East of England Displaced Worker Platform,  a free digital service designed to connect social care providers with displaced care workers seeking employment in the region.

Through the platform, providers can:

• Onboard quickly and securely, with verification checks built into the process
• Access only pre-screened candidate profiles
• Filter, search, and register interest in workers who match their needs
• Manage outreach and candidate engagement directly from the dashboard
• Access step-by-step guidance on sponsorship compliance

With a single click, providers can begin contact with the candidates who best fit their requirements. Borderless will be holding monthly onboarding webinars for providers or you can just register directly on the platform.
